Louvre Warranty

All Louvres installed by Shade Design are provided with a  Limited Warranty. They are warranted from the date of final invoice. They are warranted for two years from this date. This warranty covers workmanship, louvres and all componentry, motors, switches and electronics with all labour costs included.

Powdercoating carries an extended 10 year warranty. Duralloy or equivalent is the standard finish supplied and this carries a 10 year film and colour integrity warranty as per the Dulux Powder and Industrial Coatings Warranty.

The Shade Design warranty does not cover damage by rain or wind, owner misuse, or general wear and tear.

Canopy Warranty

All Canopies installed by Shade Design are provided with a  Limited Warranty. They are warranted from the date of final invoice. They are warranted for two years from this date. This warranty covers workmanship, sheets and all labour costs included.

ZipTrak Screens/Blinds

All Blinds/Screens installed by Shade Design are provided with a Limited Warranty. They are warranted from the date of final invoice. They are warranted for five years from this date.
Years 1-2: From date of final invoice for two years, this warranty covers workmanship, fabric and all componentry, motors, switches and electronics with all labour costs included.

Years 3-5: In Years 3-5, this warranty covers fabric and all componentry, motors, switches and electronics with all labour costs excluded.
